Warranty Policy

OUR GUARANTEE:

Commitment is not a word taken lightly by the United Association (UA) and American Roots. Together, we are committed to ensuring that every garment bearing the UA and American Roots name represents the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and durability. All products made in partnership with American Roots are backed by a lifetime guarantee by American Roots against manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects, reflecting the pride we take in our union and our products.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Material Defects: American Roots will cover any defects in materials used in the construction of American Roots products.

  • Workmanship: American Roots will cover any issues related to the craftsmanship involved in creating our products.

Exclusions:

  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear over time, including fabric fading and natural material degradation, is not covered.

  • Screen Printing: Fading, cracking, or peeling of screen printing is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under this warranty. To prolong the life of screen printing, wash items inside out, in cold water, and avoid high-heat drying.

  • Improper Use: Any damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling of the product is not covered.

  • Alterations: Any modifications or alterations made to the product void the warranty.

Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim for UA-branded gear, please contact our dedicated customer service team at uastore@americanrootswear.com. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and any supporting photos. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for the return or exchange process.

Resolution:
If your claim is approved, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar item of equal value. Shipping charges may apply for warranty claims.

Note:
This warranty policy is designed to ensure you receive the highest quality products while promoting the fair use and care of UA and American Roots gear. Claims that do not meet the criteria outlined above may be denied.
